Ingredients
  • 1 package (3 oz.) apricot gelatin
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 5 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 5 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 litres 7-Up
Container: Large punch bowl for serving, 1-2 quart freezer containers

  • In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
  • Stir in juices.
  • Freeze in a 2 quart freezer container.
  • Remove from the freezer 2-3 hours before serving.
  • Scrape or mash the slush in the container.
  • Pour or scoop into a punchbowl.
  • Stir in 7-Up just before serving.
  • The punch should be slushy.
