Walnut Corn Dip Recipe

Servings: makes approximately 3 cups
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese - softened
  • 8 ounces allouette herb cheese spread
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 3 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cobs of fresh sweet corn - cooked
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts - finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion - finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red pepper - seeded and finely chopped
  • tortilla chips or sliced baguettes to serve along side
Container: medium mixing bowl

  • Cut corn from the cob.
  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve or overnight if preferred.
  • The longer it sits the more the flavors combine.
  • Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
