Walnut Corn Dip Recipe (+)
Directions
Cut corn from the cob.
Combine all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve or overnight if preferred.
The longer it sits the more the flavors combine.
Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese - softened

8 ounces allouette herb cheese spread

1/4 cup lime juice
-
3 teaspoons ground cumin
-
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - or to taste
salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 cobs of fresh sweet corn - cooked
-
1 cup toasted walnuts - finely chopped
-
1/3 cup onion - finely chopped
-
1/2 cup red pepper - seeded and finely chopped
tortilla chips or sliced baguettes to serve along side
