Grilled Burgers with Herbs

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
-
2 teaspoons steak sauce
-
1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
-
2 teaspoons fresh thyme, chopped or 1 tsp. dry
-
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
-
4 slices of your favorite cheese
Serving Description
: 1 Burger

: 4

Prep Time
: 10 minutes
Cook Time
: 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, expept mushrooms. Form into patties, grill over medium heat until desired doneness. About 5 minutes each side for medium rare. With 2 minutes of cooking left, add a slice of cheese over the top of the pattie.
Sauté mushrooms in pan with butter over medium heat until lightly browned. Sirring occasionally.
Grill hamburger buns, cut side down, until lightly toasted.
Top burgers with sautéed mushrooms and serve.
