Mozzarella Wedges Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent rolls (8 ounce tube)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Separate crescent dough into eight triangles; place on 12-inch pizza pan (lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray) with points toward the center. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of pan; seal perforations. Brush with butter, sprinkle with garlic powder then mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 15-17 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is lightly browned. Cut into wedges. (These are great as an appetizer, or serve alongside bowls of soup or a salad).
