Beer Bread 22 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle beer (your choice of brand - I use Bud Light)
  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 stick butter
Directions
Combine beer, flour, and sugar. Let stand for five minutes.

Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour bread pan. Pour batter in bread pan (batter will be lumpy). Bake for 45 minutes. Pull bread out of oven and Rub stick of butter on top of bread. Place bread back in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and pan. Let cool.

This bread is best when toasted & buttered.
