Ingredients
5 cups all-purpose flour
4 cups sugar
4 teaspoons Salt
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
4 teaspoons soda
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 can pumpkin (3 cups cooked pumpkin) (large can)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon maple flavoring
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl; add eggs, oil, pumpkin and flavoring. Mix well; add nuts. Divide into 3 well greased loaf pans. Bake at 325° about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool on racks.
