Savory Cheese Ball 3 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 box or half of large box processed cheese (Velveeta type) (small box)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • Chopped pecans
Directions
Mix softened cheese and other ingredients (except nuts) together until well mixed. It is messy, but the best way to do this is with your hands! Form into two balls. Roll each ball in pecans. Serve with crackers. Store in refrigerator, but best if softened a bit before serving.
