Fruit Smoothies 4 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced (medium)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen fruit; strawberries or raspberries work great
  • 8 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredient to blender and blend until smooth.
