Spicy Mexican Corn Dip Recipe

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 ounce pkg)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can shoe peg corn, drained
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 package tortilla chips

Place unwrapped cream cheese in a medium sized bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds or until completely softened.

Stir in taco seasoning.

Add corn and tomatoes; stir until combined.

Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly, approximately 15 minutes.

Serve with tortilla chips.
