Ingredients
1 package frozen hash browns (thawed) (2 lbs bag)
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt & dash of pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 ounces sour cream
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
Pour into 9 X 13 buttered dish. Sprinkle with 2 c. crushed frosted flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
