Easy Crock Pot Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds hash brown cubes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 Velveeta cheese cubed (16 ounce )
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Then place into a large crock pot and heat on low for 2 1/2 hours or on high for 1 1/2 hours.

Tip: use a crock pot liner if you have one! It makes clean up easier!
