Swiss Vegetable Medley 13 Recipe

  • 1 package frozen vegetables (Any combination such as broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower mix) (16 ounce bag)
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can Durkees French Fried Onions (2.8 ounce can)
Combine the vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, and pepper, and 1/2 of the can of onions. Mix together and put in lightly greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Put in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
