Homemade Hungarian Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons shortening (Crisco)
  • Large Pot of boiling water
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients with a spoon

2. Drop by teaspoon into large pot of boiling water

3. Cook until they float to the top well.

4. Drain/rinse with cold water.
