Sour Cream Potatoes 8 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 red potatoes (medium)
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Scrub potatoes; cook in boiling water about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Peel and cut poratoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Sauté oinion in butter in small skillet until tender. Combine onions, potatoes, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently. Spoon potatoes mlixture into leghtly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
