| Directions | Scrub potatoes; cook in boiling water about 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly. Peel and cut poratoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Sauté oinion in butter in small skillet until tender. Combine onions, potatoes, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently. Spoon potatoes mlixture into leghtly greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
