Bok Choy Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced (medium)
  • 1/2 tablespoon freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 cloves garlic, Crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups sliced fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 pound bok choy, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides; heat at medium high for 2 minutes. Add onion, ginger root, garlic and salt; stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and bok choy to wok; stir fry 1 minute. Add lemon juice and sugar; stir-fry 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
