QUICK FROZEN CORN 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 15 cups corn (whole kernel-do not scrape cob)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 5 cups ice water
Directions
Mix this all together- pack in freezer boxes and freeze immediately.

When you prepare it for the table, remember it is already seasoned. You may need to add more water to prevent the corn from sticking.
