Giblet Stuffing Recipe

  • giblets
  • 4 cups dry bread
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted oleo
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon sage
Grind giblets. Cook until done. Then moisten rest of ingredients with broth and add giblets.
