Au Gratin Potatoes 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cans sliced potatoes
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour. Add milk gradually, and cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add garlic powder and 1/2 cup cheese. Combine potatoes and sauce in 2-quart shallow baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Garnish with sliced green onions or real bacon bits.
