Simple Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Green beans and corn mixed with fresh vegetables in a creamy soup mixture are a great combination everyone will love. And then it's topped off with a crunchy topping to make it even better.

Ingredients
  • 1 can french style green beans, drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • TOPPING:
  • 1/2 box Cheez-it crackers
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup almonds, sliced
Directions
Mix all ingredients for mixture and pour into lightly greased casserole dish.

Then mix cheese crackers with melted margarine. Sprinkle over the top with sliced almonds.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
