Chicken Noodle Casserole 17 Recipe

  • 1 - 12 ounce pkg Tinkyada Pasta, penne, cooked, drained, and rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked
  • 1/3 cup oil, canola
  • 1/2 cup onions, minced (optional)
  • 3/4 cup brown rice flour
  • 6 cups broth, chicken
  • salt and pepper
Cook your pasta according to the directions on the package. Set aside. Cut your chicken into 1/4" pieces. Set aside. In a large pan sauté the onions in the oil. Add the flour and stir with a fork until a paste is formed. Add two cups of broth and stir until well blended. Add the remaining broth and stir again with a whisk until thickened. Stir in the chicken and pasta. Salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat and serve.
