| Directions | Cook your pasta according to the directions on the package. Set aside. Cut your chicken into 1/4" pieces. Set aside. In a large pan sauté the onions in the oil. Add the flour and stir with a fork until a paste is formed. Add two cups of broth and stir until well blended. Add the remaining broth and stir again with a whisk until thickened. Stir in the chicken and pasta. Salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat and serve. |
