Potato Soup 160 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken base
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • Sprinkle of garlic salt
Directions
Cook vegetables, salt, parsley, water and chicken base for 15 minutes. Mix milk with flour and add to hot vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add Velveeta cheese and garlic salt.
