Ingredients
  • 8 ounces spiral pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh vegetables, chopped (broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, cauliflower, onions, etc)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/3 cup green olives (optional)
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing

Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain, rinse and cool.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except Italian dressing.

Add dressing and cooked pasta; toss well. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Colorful and flavorful this pasta salad is perfect in the summertime when the weather is warm and you don't want to cook.
