Gingered Beefy with Noodle Soup Recipe

  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can beef broth (17 ounce can)
  • 1 package beef flavored instant noodles, broken into pieces (3 ounce pkg)
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
In large saucepan, brown ground beef until no longer pink, drain; season with ginger, salt and pepper. Add water and broth. Stir in noodles (do not use the flavoring packet from the noodles) and vegetables; bring to a boil. Cook until noodles and vegetables are tender.
