ANTIPASTO SUPREME PASTA SALAD 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 3 cups assorted veggies (like broccoli florets, sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes-halved)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese cubes
  • 1 cup salami pieces, sliced
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
Directions
Cook pasta as directed. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Place pasta in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving.

Note: This is one of my favorite salads/meals. I do not use the onion.

Makes: 8 servings.
