Vegetable Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 1/2 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced Celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pound Velveeta Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • pepper
Directions
Cook vegetables and salt in broth until tender and broth has cooked down. Mix flour with a little milk. Add rest of ingredients. Keep stirring on medium heat until thickened, don't boil hard. May add more milk if too thick. Mash vegetables some when tender.
