Excellent Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 3 cups water
Directions
Sauté onions in a pan on medium to high heat with unsalted butter. Bring water to a boil and let eggs sit in pan for 10-15 minutes. Take off shells and cut up the boiled eggs. Stir eggs and mayo in a bowl and add the sautéed onions. Refrigerate for at least 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
