Healthy Breakfast Patties Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Crumble turkey into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and shape into 16 patties, 2 1/2 inches each. In large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
