Ingredients
1 frozen bag (2 lbs hashbrowns, southern style
1/2 onion finely diced (medium)
8 ounces Sour Cream
8 ounces diced ham
12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can Campbells cheddar cheese soup
Directions
Mix in a bowl and pour into non greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Bake covered with foil at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
