Pasta 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour (Semolina Flour is best) Kitchen Kneads has it or WinCo
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil or salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup water or 1 eggshell of water
Directions
Put flour on counter, make a well or hole in the flour

Put everything else in the well

Mix up the eggs, water, oil and salt with a fork.

Gradually pull the flour in from the sides of the well until it is a soft dough.

You might not use all the flour. Knead 20 times. Cover dough with plastic wrap for 30 min.

Makes 1 pound of pasta. If you have no pasta cutter, you can roll out and roll up and cut thin strips for spaghetti noodles or you can make homemade Raviolis by rolling out thin, putting filling on every 2 or 3" (cheese, minced or ground chicken or other meat)

and cover with other layer of rolled out pasta, Press then cut into squares where you put the meat. Press around edges to seal. Boil 3 minutes in boiling salt water.
