Mexican Chicken Casserole 29 Recipe

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 5 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 package Tortilla Chips (Medium Bag)
  • 1 can Green Chilies (medium or hot) (Small Can)
  • 6 ounces Velveeta cheese
Cook chicken until done, debone. Mix warmed up soup with chili and cheese. Add chicken and crushed up chips. Stir until well blended. Place in 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes.
