Ground Beef Casserole 5 Recipe

  • 3/4 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
  • 1 potato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • Butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef in a medium saucepan. In a casserole, alternate layers of ground beef and vegetables. Add salt and pepper to each layer. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
