Ground Beef Recipe

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 onion (large)
  • 1/2 green pepper (small)
  • 6 thrown olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup traditional Ragu pasta sauce
Chop onion, green pepper, garlic, and olives. Place in pot. Add Ragu sauce and lemon, cook at medium heat for 1 minute.

Add ground beef, and add water until it covers all the meat.

Cook at high heat, stirring occasionally, for approximately an hour.

Ground beef will be done when all the water is absorbed, make sure to leave a little sauce to keep from being dry.
