Ingredients
1 pound round steak
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup onions, diced
1 green pepper , diced
1 cup beef bouillon
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 cup white rice
Directions
Chop steak. Place oil, steak and pepper in skillet and brown.
Add onions, green peppers, and bouillon. Cover skillet and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add mixture. Cook until thick and serve with rice.
