Home Made Ice Cream (yes, it's the raw egg recipe) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pints half and half, divided
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 Junket tablets (found by the Jell-O)
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Heat 2 pints half and half to 110 degrees on stove. Remove from heat. Dissolve Junket in cold water. Once dissolved, add to warmed half and half. Put in fridge for about 10-15 min. Beat eggs. Add sugar and set mixture aside. Remove mix from fridge. Add egg mix, vanilla and the remaining pint of half and half. Put in ice cream freezer until set.
