Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream 16 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans evaporated milk (large cans)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Enough regular milk to fill freezer
Directions
Beat eggs, add sugar, evaporated milk, Eagle Brand milk and vanilla. Pour into freezer container and finish filling to full mark with regular milk. This is my family's favorite. You can add fresh fruit or peanut butter for variety.
