Corn Casserole 113 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can regular corn (undrained)
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.

Stir all ingredients together and pour into a 13" x 9" glass baking dish. Bake for one hour or until the top is lightly browned.

Serves 6-8.
