ASPARAGUS VINAIGRETTE 2 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 fresh bunches or 2 pkgs frozen asparagus
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Salad Oil
  • 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chopped hard cooked egg
Directions
Cook asparagus; drain well. Combine ingredients except for the egg, and pour over asparagus. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaf with hard cooked egg.
