My Special Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen California vegetable mix
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen okra
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 cups V-8 juice
  • 2 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can whole corn
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 can white chicken breast (large can)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and & simmer until done. You can add more or less of everything. Serve with cornbread
