Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 cans nacho cheese soup (10.75 oz. cans)
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz. - 16 oz. can)
  • 1 can corn, creamed or whole (14 oz. - 16 oz. can) (optional)
  • 1 can red beans (14 oz. - 16 oz. can) (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Container:6-quart slow cooker
5 hrs
  • Add all of the ingredients to the crock pot and stir to combine.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on the low heat setting for 4 - 5 hours.
  • Add additional stock or water to thin the soup if desired.
