Homemade Ice Cream 43 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons heaping) cornstarch
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
Directions
Cook sugar, milk and cornstarch until it thickens. Add eggs and cook a few minutes longer. Cool. Finish by adding milk to make a gallon.
