Homemade Ice Cream 39 Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 packages Junket ice cream mix
  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
Directions
Combine contents of Junket ice cream packages and milk in bowl. Stir until mix is dissolved. Pour mixture into freezing container of home ice cream maker. Stir in cream. Follow procedure recommended by manufacture of ice cream maker.
