Ingredients
4 Fresh or frozen fish fillets (1/2 inch thick)
1/2 cup creamy buttermilk salad dressing
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red or green sweet pepper, cut into thin strips
1 onion, thinly sliced (small)
Directions
Place individual fish fillets on four 12 inch pieces of foil. Spoon 2 tbsps of dressing over each fillet. Surround each fillet with 1/4 of each vegetable. Seal each packet by rolling edges together. Bake in 450 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes.
