"2 T cinnamon seemed to be wrong, so I only added 1 T and it could have used more. Still delicious! I used Texas rolls (couldn't find the regular Rhodes dinner rolls at the grocery store), which I think are bigger, so they were a little big and way overflowed. Be sure to put a pan underneath while baking so it doesn't make a mess in your oven."
"Super crock pot recipe! So easy! I thickened the gravy on the stove with 1 T cornstarch and 2 T cold water. It was loaded with flavor. I loved the peppery kick from the top of the roast."
"Great pasta recipe. I added in some diced mushrooms with the other vegetables. So tasty. I did use regular pasta instead of the whole wheat...I am just not ready for that yet..."
"I thought this needed more caramel. I will double the butter/brown sugar mixture next time. I liked the fact it was in a lower pan though since in the Bundt those middles ones never get quite done enough."
"This was crazy to me to not add any liquid before slow cooking it but it certainly made it's own and was so tender it melted in our mouth. Make some real mashed potatoes to go with this so you can enjoy the magical gravy."
"These were great. I ended up marinating them overnight. I didn't heat up the sauce since that scares me with the raw meat sitting in the sauce that I wouldn't cook it long enough. I didn't think it needed a sauce anyway. The wife loved it too."
"This was a great recipe. We ate it all up with some mashed potatoes. McCormick makes a barbecue seasoning that I used. It has brown sugar, tomato, garlic, onion, peppers and a slight smoke flavor."
"One of the best enchiladas I have had. I used Ole El Paso sauce. I will be making these again. Let the enchiladas sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting into them to thicken it up a bit."
