Rice with Pepper Flavor Recipe

A great side dish for any type of meal.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • Handful of green pepper cut in tiny squares
  • Salt and garlic flavor to taste
  • Oil

  • Pour a little oil into a small pot and add the peppers.
  • Let them fry for a bit without fully cooking.
  • Add rice and then water.
  • Stir everything, add salt and garlic flavor to taste.
  • Let it sit on medium for about 15 minutes.
  • When it is starting to dry, lower it to 1 and cover it for about 10 minutes.
A great side dish for any type of meal.
