Quick 'n Easy Steak 'n Tater Kabobs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch square cubes
  • 1 pound small potatoes or potatoes cut into large cubes
  • 1 cup bottled Italian dressing

  • Place steak cubes in a plastic bag or container. Do the same with potatoes in a separate bag or container. Pour 1/2 cup of dressing into each bag or container, seal and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to cook, heat grill and remove steak and potatoes from dressing. Drain steak and potatoes on separate plates lined with paper towels.
  • Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes, just until potatoes begin to soften. Do not cook completely.
  • Place alternating pieces of steak and potatoes on kabob skewers and grill until meat is cooked through.
