Divide ground beef or turkey into six balls. Mash into patties and place one onto each sheet of foil.
Peel potatoes and slice each potato into 4 slices and place on each patty.
Peel onion and slice in round slices; divide evenly and place on potatoes on top of meat.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Place about 2 tablespoons corn and 2 tablespoons green beans on top of onion, potato and meat.
Bring foil up and fold together lengthwise take ends and fold tightly together. Place on grill and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat.
