Honey garlic tri-tip Recipe

Tri-tip roast bbq'd on grill.

Directions

Mix all ingredients except roast in a pan and bring to boil. Lower heat to medium and cook about 10 minutes. Use over roast and bbq and keep brushing roast until done. Can also soak in sauce overnight for a better taste. Can also cook in oven.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

-		1/2 cup honey
-		1 cup water
-		2 tablespoons garlic, minced
-		2 pounds tri-tip beef roast
